One of the best parts of our job is documenting the same families year after year, capturing their evolving stories through our cameras, and creating a family journal that grows with them.
We first met this mom during her maternity session for her first baby, which you can see in the photos from this blog post. We followed up with a newborn session and then had the pleasure of photographing their wedding. Later, we did another maternity and newborn session for their second child.
As downtown New Yorkers, it made sense to capture their session in their neighborhood. We explored colorful walls in Nolita and cool spots like Freeman’s Alley. We had a great time walking around and wrapped up the session with drinks at a bar—just for the dad and me. 😉
